Our application is designed to work locally to protect your sales and inventory data. However, for operational and activation purposes, we may collect the following data:

• Unique Device Identifier (Device ID / UUID): To verify device license and ensure the device limit is not exceeded.
• OS and Platform Information: To facilitate technical support and compatibility updates.
• Basic Contact Info: The customer name and email registered during purchase or license request.

3. In-App Purchases and Payments

If you subscribe or make purchases within the application, your payments will be processed securely via the Google Play Store billing system (Google Play Billing). We do not collect, process, or store your sensitive payment details (such as credit card numbers). Google Play provides us only with an encrypted purchase token and receipt to verify and activate your license.

4. How We Use Your Data

We use the collected information exclusively for the following purposes:

• Verifying licenses and securely activating the application.
• Syncing data between devices in your local network when LAN sync is enabled.
• Providing technical support and troubleshooting authorized devices.

5. Data Security and Sharing

We are committed to the highest standards of security to protect your data. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data or store/inventory data with any third party at all. All sync processes are securely encrypted and done directly.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion Requests

You have the right to request recovery of your license keys, disconnect devices via the self-service portal, or request permanent deletion of your device data. If you want to request the permanent deletion of your personal and device data associated with your license, please follow these steps:

• Send an email with your deletion request to: support@afkarland.com
• Specify your registered email address and the license key(s) you wish to delete.
• Upon receiving your request, we will process and permanently delete all records of your registered devices, activation history, and contact information from our licensing server within 7 business days.
• Please note: Deleting this data will permanently revoke authorization for any active license keys and disable cloud features on those devices.
